Transferable Skill Group Dynamics

As part of the course, participants experience different group processes and analyze them at the same time. They will reflect on which phases can occur in group development and which conditions exist for groups to be able to work. The possibilities for managing groups are also discussed, as are the effects of conflicts and the importance of cooperation and inclusion behavior.

During the seminar, participants have the opportunity to recognize and further develop their role in group activities. Their own concerns, observations and emotions should be verbalized for the transparent group process. In addition, the levels of interpersonal communication (verbal/non-verbal) are examined.
