Transferable Skill Basic skills in dealing with organizations
Basic knowledge of management and organizational psychology
Our division-of-labor society exists and functions only because of the multitude of organizations that offer products and services. Acquiring organizational competence means gaining a better understanding of processes in organizations and taking on a key role in shaping one's own working environment. The course covers different perspectives on organizations as well as key elements such as structure and culture, people and teams as performance factors, paradoxes and decision-making myths, etc. In addition to theoretical input, individual organizational phenomena are simulated in practice. In the first session, we form teams, which then examine different organizations based on various questions and present their findings in the seminar.
