Andreas Hofer, studied architecture in Vienna and Bogotá, has worked at the Research Unit of Urban Design at TU Wien since 1996; teaching and research on international and informal urban development and supervision of urban planning design projects. Coordination of academic cooperation between TU Wien and Lviv Polytechnic University (www.vienna-lviv.info) and co-founder of the Retrofit Vienna research initiative.
