Seminar Group Dynamics

The seminar lasts several days and requires a thorough examination of dynamics within the group and individuals. Processes in the interpersonal sphere that receive little attention in everyday life become legible and addressable. Perception is sharpened, perspectives broadened, understanding increases and the various processes become recognisable. No recipe is presented, but rather explored and experimented with. The group and the individual members reflect on unconscious patterns, weaknesses and/or strengths come to light. Different levels of communication are played through, concerns, emotions and observations are expressed and questions are explored. The aim is to experience the group process, understand it better and take away something for everyday life.

The Group Dynamics course offers an ideal opportunity to explore the processes that take place in groups and your own role within them in a protected environment. The five-day seminar mainly consists of two groups of around twelve people, with the members of one group being observed by the other group on a case-by-case basis and thus receiving valuable feedback from outsiders. During the group sessions, the participants also receive support from a trainer from the Austrian Society for Group Dynamics and Organisational Consulting. He/she helps the group to focus on the key events and analyse the group processes that have occurred.

It is important for all those interested to make time for the duration of the seminar and to engage in the intensive group sessions. Therefore, continuous attendance during the course is required. All those who would like to learn more about group processes and explore their own role in groups should definitely secure one of the coveted places in this seminar!

Away from the logical TU world, you can spend a few days concentrating solely on interpersonal relationships, and you will realise many things. Come alone without friends or acquaintances, only then can an open dynamic unfold in the group.
